miscI think it's weird how a majority of us have stopped blogging, all around the same time.
So I'll post some things on my mind.Traffic. How bad is it where you live? No matter what, I'm sure you think "Oh, my area has it the worst!" I live in the D.C. area, and it was rated #2 for worst in the country, based on a news report I saw a few nights ago. It can get pretty bad here, but I always thought LA and San Francisco had it much, much worse than here.
If I get on the road before 6:00 AM, I can get to work in about 25-30 minutes. However, if I leave any later than that, my commute almost doubles (45 minutes to 1hr+).That brings me to my second point. What time do you have to wake up in the morning? Could you wake up earlier, to make your commute easier, or do you just think "F*** that, I am not waking up at the crack of dawn" and suffer with thousands of other commuters? Does traffic have any influence on the time you wake up? Or is mass transit so convenient that you don't have to worry about it? (That is NOT the case here in the DC area; although it may be useful, it's only useful if you work in the city.) Finally, please visit invinciblesword's blog (aka Tiffany Reyes). I don't know her personally, but I've been a subscriber for a while. She is going to the 9th World Wushu Championships, which serves as a qualifier for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games! She's holding a fundraiser to help defray some of the costs of travel + accomodations, and you can get a free t-shirt out of it.

Its funny you mentioned that because my friend and I talk about it all the time. I think the reason people stopped blogging was because they've become more interested in Facebook and MySpace. I still blog here often or at least try to.
I think Tiffany Reyes' has been featured in either Black Belt magazine or Inside Kung Fu.
i commute by train and want to get up earlier to avoid the crowds, but just am not able to do it each day.
thanks for that link! the pass seems useful!
Dude, WuShu is nuts I tried to do it when I was doing TKD and it still kicked my butt...but then again I'm not that good.

I'm definitely on facebook more now, haha. And also, I've gotten lazy with blogging. Plus no one cares about what I write about... maybe some pics I post up, but that's about it, haha.
Morning commutes suck. That's why I come in at 10, have two hours lunches, and leave early. Gotta beat traffic both ways

I just need that empath power to gain other people's abilities then I'll be set. Hospice nurse by day, superhero by night!
i'm up and out by 0600, so there's no traffic. ok, that's me going to the gym. me going to work takes 5min by city street. hahaha. benefits of living in the city.
I'm in LA you already know how bad it is here...traffic all the time practically except at night...wait there's traffic then ok 1 in the morning there's no traffic =) cool I can do donuts on the freeway...which I've been tempted and heard of friends doing cuz it's soooo empty and amazingly empty at that.
ryc: yeah, there was a code you used to redeem it on itunes for any 5 free songs, not 5 songs from a particular group or whatever.
ryc: the dollar's so weak now, so when you do conversions to HK dollars, you get a lot less now for your dollar than what you could 5 years ago or even a year ago! I'm sure some things are still cheap, but just not as cheap. I'd wait till the dollar is much stronger...
Yes, I've stared posting too. fortunately for me, I can get up late, like around 10 or 11 o'clock depending on the day. I'm so lucky, but get paid so little....
