  • Screaming customer can't shutdown computer

    Found this from The Consumerist:

    I realize the customer is always right, but this is crazy.  I think he needs to learn how to calm down, or he's got some kind of chemical inbalance.  Probably too much meat in his diet, or not enough exercise.  Reminds me of the a-holes that I have to deal with sometimes.  Just because he had a bad day, he can't figure out how to turn off his computer and has to yell at the tech support at DELL.
