  • *drool*  This is the Motorola KRZR k1m, cosmic blue color.  What's so special about it compared to the other colors, like black?  Well, the blue one has a 2 MP camera whereas the others have a 1.3 MP camera.  Cons?  This one loses the external, touch sensitive keys to control your music.  I don't care -- this thing is sexy. 

    Cingular, as far as I know (or maybe just not in the D.C. area, YMMV), currently does not carry this model, nor this color.  I've been w/Cingular for over 6 years and I've never switched.  Anyway, my options are to get this one unlocked, or wait for them to get this in stock.  I think it's a lot prettier than the Sony Ericson 810:

  • i got a sprint PCS. One of the worst phone selections. Cingular has good selections for the bucks.

  • I have to carry a Blackberry for work. Nothing sexy about that. At least I was apprehensive because it's bulky and I felt nerdy, but I love it now. Being able to check email, access the web and using the google maps app for BB has come in real handy in NYC.

    Anyway. Maybe you want to try a smart/pda phone? It's addicting.

  • I was going to get the Krzr K1m with Verizon but I decided to get the LG VX8600 (Chocolate flip) instead. The material of the Krzr feels better but I read about poor battery life.

    If you want it, find an unlocked one.

  • I'd say Verizon...can you here me now? =) I've been with Verizon for a bit now and was an Att/Cingular user, but once the merger happened service sucked and I was like I don't care if I have a corporate rate/account it must go, what use is it if I can't even get a signal in my own house!!! :P

  • my thoughts...don't care how many mp the motorola got their pictures still suck! I rather take my chances with the sony.
