Wasted time at work costing companies billions
I think this article is pretty accurate; not that everyone does it, but
I do it see it happen on a daily basis. With easy access to the
internet at your desk (at least some of us), it can happen quite
easily. #1 and #2 are internet and socializing, respectively; but
I like #4: spacing out. LOL.I've been waking up at 5:30 am everyday, which is good, but not that
good if you sleep at 12:30, like.I do. I simply was not born to
sleep less than 8 hours -- I was feeling so @#% this morning that I had
to get a coffee. I try not to drink coffee daily; usually I go to
Starbucks only on the weekends just for a casual drink.I know lack of sleep can cause many things from obesity to a weakened
immune system, so I'm going to start sleeping earlier, which means less
internet and TV -- instead, I'll read a book before bed and stop
procrastinating at night. It's not like college anymore where you
can stay up all night just for the fun of it.

Damn 5:30? I feel for ya. I used to wake up semi early, 7:30 and I sleep notoriously late too. I'm actually pretty efficient running off of 6 hours of sleep w/o coffee, but I was definitely better in my younger days.
haha, interesting article. I hit the top 4! haha. But as for reasons why, I hit the top 2, so... yeah, I have many reasons
.
Waking up early sux. Even though I've been sleeping earlier, I still can't wake up, haha. Maybe I'm super tired from working out.
waking up at 5:30 sucks, especially to avoid traffic... probably one of the many reasons i would never move out of nyc, b/c of a good public transportation system.
yeah i'm usually on my 3rd cup of coffee by now.
